「Myじんけん宣言」とは?What is “My Declaration of Human Rights?”
「Myじんけん宣言」とは、企業、団体及び個人が、人権を尊重する行動をとることを
宣言することによって、誰もが人権を尊重し合う社会の実現を目指す取組です。
“My Declaration of Human Rights” is an initiative that aims to realize a society where everyone respects each other’s human rights, through declarations by companies, organizations, and individuals which express that they will take actions to respect human rights.

トップや幹部の方が、人権に関する取組を行うとの決意を示すことによって、企業・団体の人権に関する取組を促すものです。宣言の内容は自由ですが、世界人権宣言や、「ビジネスと人権」に関する国内行動計画を参考に、宣言を投稿してください。
「人権」は、誰にとっても身近で大切なものです。「人権」を難しく考えずに、「Myじんけん宣言」をして、誰もが人権を尊重し合う社会を、一緒に実現していきましょう。
投稿された宣言のうち、人権擁護上顕著なものについては、後日、このウェブサイトで公表します。 また、人権方針等を策定している企業・団体は、そのURLを投稿していただければ、これも併せて掲載します。
This initiative encourages companies and organizations to take action on human rights by having their heads and executives express their determination. The content of the declaration can be freely decided by declarers, but we suggest it should be based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Japan’s National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights(2020-2025). Rather than thinking of human rights as something difficult, let us work together to realize a society where everyone respects each other’s human rights through making “My Declaration of Human Rights.”
Among the Declarations submitted, we will publicize remarkable examples from the viewpoint of the protection of human rights on this website in coming days. If your company or organization has already established a human rights policy, please submit its URL, so that we may post it, too.

This initiative encourages individuals to work on their own human rights commitment by selecting and declaring their own human rights issues. Let us take “My Declaration of Human Rights” as an opportunity to address human rights issues. You may print your “My Declaration of Human Rights,” which can be used in various situations.
