- ・同方針は、東京海上グループ各社の役職員（役員、社員、派遣社員などを含むすべての社員）の一人ひとりによって、実践されるものです。さらに、ビジネスパートナーに対しても、本方針において表明されている原則の支持と実践を期待し、協働して人権尊重を推進することを目指しています。
- The Tokio Marine Group (hereinafter referred to as the Company) places customer trust at the core of all its activities and aims to continuously enhance corporate value as its management philosophy. Based on the belief that respect for human rights of all individuals, including customers, society, employees, shareholders/investors, and future generations, is the foundation for practicing this management philosophy, the Company promotes initiatives to respect human rights in all its business activities.
- Additionally, to demonstrate our stance on promoting respect for human rights across all business activities, including the entire value chain, the Company has established the Tokio Marine Group Basic Policy on Human Rights which consists of the following nine items as the basis for respecting human rights.
- This policy is to be practiced by each and every officer and employee (including directors, employees, and temporary staff) of the Tokio Marine Group companies. Furthermore, we expect our business partners to support and practice the principles expressed in this policy and aim to promote respect for human rights in collaboration with them.
